How Much Is Shipping?

Would you like FREE shipping?  All orders over $125 include free shipping!  Tracking and insurance are included.  Just select "Free Shipping" at checkout.


For orders under $125, we offer two shipping options:


Gift Boxed Priority Mail shipping is $7.90, including tracking and insurance.  Your Shiny Objects are packaged in a black velvet pouch inside a pretty black gift box.


Economy Shipping is $3.78, including tracking.  Your Shiny Objects are packaged in a black velvet pouch.


Both shipping options are per order (NOT per item!), and are the exact rates that the Post Office charges us.


These charges listed above are for US shipping addresses only.  Please contact us for International shipping rates.



Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

We can arrange to have your order shipped via expedited shipping.  Please contact us before placing your order for specific information.



What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.


Once you've completed your order, you will be taken to the payment screen.  To pay with PayPal, simply enter your existing PayPal account information to log into PayPal.  If you do not have (or do not wish to use) a PayPal account, simply scroll down until you reach the option that says "Pay With Debit Or Credit Card".  Clicking this link will allow you to enter your credit card information directly, without having or using a PayPal account.



Do Your Pendants Come With A Chain?

To provide our customers with maximum flexibility, our pendants are priced without chains.  You can easily add a chain - in order to add a pendant to your online shopping card, you will be directed to select a chain style and length.  If you prefer to purchase the pendant without a chain, simply select "no chain".



What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns for refund of unworn merchandise within thirty (30) days of purchase.  As the shipping charges reflect the charges actually incurred by us, we are unable to refund shipping charges.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If the merchandise shipped is the wrong item or if it is defective, we will refund 100% of the purchase amount (including shipping charges).
